While I think my initial concern could have been addressed better on my first call, they did reach back out and came back with a competitive quote and even had some great suggestions for my project I hadn't thought about. This company is awesome! Super awesome to work with, very knowledgeable, and they do incredible (and quick) work. Our yard got grubs and had issues watering issues. I got a bid from one company telling me I had to overhaul my whole sprinkler system. Earthworks came in and said that all I needed to do was change sprinkler heads and then I should be good. They came and tore up all the old grass, brought in new dirt/grading, and then laid down new sod. They did all of this within 2.5 days. We're in awe with how amazing everything turned out and how great our yard looks now! I've had a few questions here and there throughout the process and then after and Curtis has been super responsive and awesome to answer all my questions! The home I purchased needed to have the yard totally torn out due to several years of neglect. Curtis and his hard working team at Earthworks spent 10 days transforming my front and back yard into a yard I'm so proud of...no more unsightly dead grass and weeds or overgrown shrubs. The sod looks great and the new sprinkler system works like a charm. We hired earthworks with the advice that they were not the least expensive but they did exceptional work. Which they did! Our yard, though expensive, is one of a kind and extremely beautiful! (We’ve had several neighbors ask us who did tour yard.) They did the work quickly and efficiently, and they were very nice and easy to work with. They finished just at the end of fall last year so unfortunately we didn’t really get to enjoy it until spring time. (They fill up fast). This spring, after the snow melted, we noticed an issue with the pergola we had purchased. It was very expensive! So we contacted earthworks and they went above and beyond to cover the cost of labor and materials to fix our pergola. I would recommend them, especially Ken, who did a huge amount of work to contact the Amish in Pennsylvania to get some of our materials replaced. Earthworks Landscaping has done five different projects for us over the course of four years (fencing, driveway, flower beds, grass, trees, bushes, sprinklers, pavers, fire pit, etc.) Our yard is complete now and looks great thanks to their work. They did a great job of implementing the vision of our landscape architect. They do good work and stand by their work product. When we had a warranty issue, they made it right. Jason is quick to provide a written estimate when you want work done and their billing and contracts were easy to work with. The sprinkler system they installed has been great. I love having the ability to control the sprinkler system via an app on my smartphone. They were very professional from start to finish. The estimate was accurate. They gave good suggestions. Completed in a timely manner. The crew was friendly and courteous and knew what they were doing. They closed my gates when leaving for the day. And cleaned up fairly well when done. We bought decorative rock from Earthworks for our park strip, and they were great every step of the way. When we went in to look at rock samples, Veronica was super helpful. She went above and beyond to take us on a tour of the yard and show us all of their options. The guy that delivered the rock was also really friendly. I ended up needing a little more rock to finish the project, and Veronica hopped right up to come shovel rock with me and help me carry buckets to my car.
